Kindly make sure under Control Panel > Region Setting > Date format as dd/MM/yyyy Region format as English UK, click on additional setting.



Under Decimal symbol must select . don't use , which look very similar will causing the problem



select and save it, re-launch Touch Pos / Touch N Pos will resolve the issue.

With above incorerct Windows Control Panel Incorrect Decimal symbol Setting will effect issue DynaMod login access either via local Server, network, or with DynDns with error message "Input string was not in a correct format" as sample screenshoot as follow.
