  • POS2Go E-Menu• Diners scan the table QR, order from their phone, and the order joins the table's bill at the counter, with kitchen slips as usual. • Accept or reject each diner order, or accept them automatically. Orders that did not arrive are listed for the cashier. • Open or close E-Menu from the counter. Print or reprint table QR codes and stickers. Prices, tax, service charge and Sold Out follow the counter

  • OTHER• System Settings is grouped and can be searched. • History shows why a discount was given. Order details have a single Print button. • New terminals start with Hard Lock on. • Faster report exports and app start-up, plus many fixes across sales, refunds, reports and printing.
  • BACKUP AND RESTORE• A restore no longer stops the terminal. • Backups expire after 30 days and ten are kept. Clearing old backups is each terminal's own choice
  • PRINTING• Zywell printer support. Drink labels and barcode labels print on their own printers. • The cash drawer opens on every receipt.• Chinese receipts print on iOS Bluetooth printers; more languages print correctly, e.g. Vietnamese. • Receipt Setup can show or hide Salesman, Sales Exc Tax and Item Discount
  • Table• Drag and drop to arrange tables and sections. The layout syncs to waiters.
  • SUB TERMINALS, KITCHEN AND DISPLAYS• "Sub terminals follow this terminal": set System Settings once on the main terminal; waiters take the change straight away, Quick Serve included. • Sub terminals must run the same app version as their main terminal. • Kitchen displays are set up as Kitchen Station or Expeditor and show which on screen. A kitchen station picks its queue, and hides Bump & Close by default. • The licence decides how many kitchen, expeditor and order display screens can connect.
  • Report• New Payment Summary Report: payments, refunds and amount collected per payment method, per business date. • New Cash Drawer Kick Report, including cash in/out and open/close counter. • Item Sales: net sales, net cost, gross profit and GP%, customer filter, and "-" for zero figures. • EOD: refunds shown under the method they were paid out in and under the bill's order type; deposits on their own rows; optional close counter summary; option to leave out a counter that is still open. • "View Cost & Profit" permission hides cost and profit on reports and stock screens.
  • REFUNDS• A refund pays back exactly what the bill charged: discounts, vouchers, tax, service charge and rounding included. • Option to refund to the original payment methods, and to switch partial refunds off. • A refund is never paid out on a Fiuu or DuitNow method by mistake.• A wrongly rung payment method can be corrected from History on the same day.
  • CUSTOMERS AND PRICING• Price tiers 1–5 for products, sets and modifiers. The menu and cart show the customer's own price. • Customer discount is applied when the customer is attached, together with any bill discount. • "No Discount" products, with exemptions for chosen customers. Vouchers respect them. • Each table can switch off cent rounding and open its bills for a default customer.
