  6. [i-Mall (new)] Connect with just a Client ID and Secret.
  7. [i-Mall (new)] Map outlets and payment methods.
  8. [i-Mall (new)] Each outlet's daily sales sent to the mall, with the mall's reply shown per day.
  9. [i-Mall (new)] i-Mall's log can be viewed on the API Log page.
  10. [Products & pricing] Five selling prices per product, per company and per outlet.
  11. [Products & pricing] Modifiers priced on the same five levels.
  12. [Products & pricing] A customer's price code picks which price the till charges.
  13. [Products & pricing] Items can be excluded from discounts.
  14. [Products & pricing] An outlet can switch off products it does not sell.
  15. [Products & pricing] A terminal now receives only the products its outlet sells; a product switched off for an outlet leaves that outlet's terminals on their next full sync.
  16. [Products & pricing] Service items no longer hold stock.
  17. [Products & pricing] Deleting a stock item at Central also deletes the copies pushed to other companies, when none of them has sales.
  18. [Products & pricing] Deleting a modifier group or promotion at Central also deletes its pushed copies.
  19. [Products & pricing] The delete confirmation lists every company the item will be removed from and what is still using it.
  20. [Products & pricing] A stock item that has a stock balance but no sales or stock adjustments can now be deleted; its balance records are removed with it.
  21. [Products & pricing] The delete confirmation shows any stock on hand that will be removed.
  22. [Products & pricing] Several stock items can be selected and deleted at once from the stock list, together with their copies in other companies.
  23. [Table layout & bill charges] One table layout per location, followed by its terminals and E-Menu.
  24. [Table layout & bill charges] Bill charges such as service charge are set per outlet instead of per terminal.
  25. [Customers] Customer discount with a bypass switch.
  26. [Customers] "Non-sales customer" flag.
  27. [Customers] Claim profiles are switched off instead of deleted.
  28. [Customers] Terminals receive customer groups, and a group deleted in the back office is removed from them too.
  29. [Yonyou] One sales return per day with its service charge and settlement.
  30. [Yonyou] Failed days and refunds can be retried and say why they were refused.
  31. [Yonyou] Rounding differences on discounted days corrected.
  32. [Yonyou] A default tax code can be set for new products.
  33. [Yonyou] A bell in the top bar shows work that needs a person.
  34. [License & devices] A workspace over its licensed terminal count is warned for seven days by banner, bell and email, then its terminals stop.
  35. [License & devices] Kiosk seats follow the license.
  36. [License & devices] Kitchen displays and order displays follow the license.
  37. [License & devices] KDS expeditor screens follow the license as seats of their own, apart from kitchen displays.
  38. [License & devices] License & Devices page redesigned.
  39. [License & devices] A terminal whose POS app is older than the minimum version can no longer sync, in either direction, until it is updated.
  40. [License & devices] The POS app does not allow sign-in while it is older than the minimum version, and its Update Now button opens the app store.
  41. [License & devices] A sub terminal must be on the same app version as its main terminal, and on the minimum version or newer.
  42. [License & devices] The License & Devices page marks a terminal that is not syncing until its app is updated.
  43. [Sync Inbox] The first terminal upload into a new, empty workspace is merged without review: its data is added, its products and modifier groups are sent to the terminal's company, and the terminal is marked ready.
  44. [Sync Inbox] Uploads into a workspace that already has data still wait for review on the Sync Batch page, and the batch's notes say why it was not merged automatically. An automatic merge that fails changes nothing and says why in the batch's notes.
  45. [Sync Inbox] A first upload is merged and its products sent to the company in about five seconds, and the terminal is marked ready only once everything has reached its company.
  46. [Sync Inbox] The Sync Inbox and an open batch update by themselves. A batch being merged automatically reads "Auto-merging…" and cannot be changed until it is done.
  47. [Sync Inbox] The Sync Batch page is redesigned and opens much faster: Master Data and Transactions tabs, 50 rows a page, filters, search, and Create, Update, Skip or Pending for the selected rows. A conflict shows each changed field as old → new.
  48. [Sync Inbox] Before a merge, the batch lists anything its rows point at that does not exist. An optional link is saved empty, a required one stops the merge, and a deposit or reservation keeps what the till recorded.
  49. [Sync Inbox] An open batch is matched again when it is opened and before it is approved, and a decision that no longer fits the data goes back to Pending.
  50. [Sync Inbox] Products bring their tax code from the terminal, and sales and stock adjustments are matched only within their own company and outlet.
  51. [Sync Inbox] A terminal activated again under a new code has its counter sessions, cash in/out and cash counts matched to the ones already there.
  52. [Reports & dashboard] Hourly Sales can group by order time or payment time.
  53. [Reports & dashboard] Dashboard ranks items by amount or quantity and shows low sellers.
  54. [Reports & dashboard] A sale's payment lines can be corrected afterwards.
  55. [Reports & dashboard] The EOD Report shows what the terminal's own EOD shows: a close counter summary, the customer discount, refunds under the payment they were paid back in, and the number of cash in and cash out entries.
  56. [Reports & dashboard] The Sales Summary shows Net Cost, Gross Profit and GP %, and has a Details format listing each bill with its items, on screen, in PDF and in Excel.
  57. [Reports & dashboard] The Item Sales Report shows Unit Cost, Net Cost, Gross Profit and GP %, how each item was sold (on its own, in a set or as a modifier), and can be filtered by customer. A zero prints as a dash.
  58. [Reports & dashboard] The Deposit report shows each deposit's reference and its status after every change, and the Stock Adjustment report shows who posted each document and when.
  59. [Reports & dashboard] The EOD Report can cover several counter sessions at once, adding every figure up into one report and one PDF.
  60. [Menus & screens] Sidebar regrouped into Transactions, Inventory, Operations, Profile, Company and Integrations.
  61. [Menus & screens] A modifier group can be assigned to many items at once.
  62. [Menus & screens] Roles and table layouts can be duplicated.
  63. [Menus & screens] Voucher serials can run in sequence.
  64. [Menus & screens] Clearer messages throughout.
  65. [Emails & login] One reset-password email for both sign-in routes.
  66. [Emails & login] A confirmation email is sent after a password change.
  67. [Emails & login] Accounts managed from Smart Portal keep their password and role there.
  68. [Emails & login] Deleted users can no longer sign in or hold a user seat.
  69. [Backups] Database backups are now taken automatically by Smart Portal.
  70. [Backups] The workspace's own Backup screen is removed.
  71. [Backups] Each workspace's backup is also copied to Smart Storage Platform, in the workspace's own folder.
  72. [Backups] Old backups are removed after Smart Portal's "Keep backups for" days even while Auto backup is off, and each workspace's newest backup is always kept.
  73. [System Settings] Google Calendar is removed.
  74. Fixed background jobs that failed not being recorded in the failed jobs list.
