1. Added check SysTerminalSetting.ProgramName existence before save the value to prevent error.

2. Change the way of checking column existence in SysTerminalSetting before the update during Save Setting.

3. Disable idle timer whenever open PAYSYS payment integration to prevent missing detail issue. (Ticket 139648)
