1. FNBDataSet AcCSD added IsModifierItemFlowStock, IsPriceExclusive.

2. Rectify AcCSD.ItemTotalWGSTSet datatype

3. Enhancement on modifier selection process flow.

- modifier item qty shall always follow main item qty

- display total Price included modifier item price in main screen and confirmation screen.

- fix AcCSD.Discount null for modifier row.

- assign value AcCSD.IsPriceExclusive

- revenue payment, change message "Request Failed" to "Payment Failed! Please Try Again."
