1. Fix Cash Rebate promotion (Rebate Type is DISCOUNT) condition is met and bill discount value is calculated. Then user press [Cancel] button, amend the sales and Cash Rebate promotion condition is no longer met, but when comes to payment screen, previous calculated bill discount value is still shown.
