1. Revenue Terminal integration enhancement.

Added 70s count down timer for the payment process.
Added prompt message to ask cashier whether terminal had printed approval slip, if 'Yes' then POS to get approval message again from terminal, else extended 20s for the payment process.
* Terminal needs to enable Field 77 parameter by Revenue side to enjoy this feature.
