1. Prevent wrong PaymentType and AcPaymentCode was stored in payment table for Voucher. (Ticket 131269)

2. Fix AcCSMPayment.[Createby] value is null.

3. Fix on Submit Incard Points using GROSS amount not auto process for sales upload to INCard server on complete transaction. ( Ticket 131542 )
