1. Fix customized Barcode Label report format was overwriten after version update. (ticket 128132)

2. Fix report screen, [Close Counter Report] access right control bug (mistakenly check "Miscellanous - Waiting List Progress Done" access right).

3. Fix INCard topup refund have a variable that will cause the payment page not able to proceed.

4. Fix refund of INCard credit and INCard point didn't show correctly while at payment screen.

EWallet Changes

1. Timeout time is now set to 60 Seconds
