How to setup POS Menu

  1. At Dynamod, go to POS Management > Setup > POS Menu

You have 3 function to be access from here:

  • POS Fast Selection Menu
  • POS Menu Category
  • POS Menu

 

 

  1. If you are 1st time setting POS Menu, double check if you have assigned a POS Menu for your Outlet/Location,

by using POS Fast Selection Menu.

* You can assign      - Same POS Menu for Different Outlets

- Different POS Menu for Different Outlets

- Multiple POS Menu for One Outlet or Multi Outlets

 

 

* Example when you assign POS Menu to Location


 

  1. Next, create POS Menu Category

* POS Menu Category & Stock Category is/can be different.

* Example when create new POS Menu Category


 

 

  1. Once POS Menu Category is done setup, you can now assign your POS Menu’s Category and Stock Position

 

* By default there is 10 POS Menu pre-created, you can create/modify POS Menu here

 

 

On this Tutorial will be using MENU 1 as example, click it to highlight, then press More…

 

We Set Category Position On Menu first, then proceed to Set Stock Position On Category.


  1. After click on Set Category Position On Menu, Menu Category Assignment windows will be prompt out.

Simply drag and drop Menu Category you created early to the Page and Position you wanted.

* Each POS Menu have 5 Page of Menu Category

 

 

After done assign Category’s position, Save and close.

* After Press Save, this confirmation message will prompt out, press Yes, 2nd prompt appear, press OK

 

* After Press Close, this confirmation message will prompt out, Press Yes, then will back to POS Menu

 


  1. Press More… again, and click Set Stock Position On Category.

 

Menu Category Item Assignment windows will be prompt out.

On the middle is POS Menu Category assigned just now, on the right are Category’s Item

* In 1 Category have 3 pages, 1 page have 24slots for position your Stock Item (Menu).

 

You can change to Display by Stock Description 1 instead of Display by Stock Barcode at the center of bottom

* at TouchPOS/TouchFnB’s Fast Menu will always Display by Stock Description 1 only



 


Next we need to generate stock list for assign into POS Menu

At bottom left Generate Stock section, tick New List when Generate, this is optional but suggested to tick it on
then Select your Method and Value for how and what to Generate out.

On here is using By Stock Category as example, then select which Stock Category at the Value, and click Generate



 

 

Using HOUSE POURING Category as example, after press Generate the Stock will list out on the Left Section

 


Next, select which POS Menu Category you wan assign your stock into it on the Middle Section,

drag and drop the Stock from the Left Section into the Right Section,

and position it you like.

 

 

 

Lastly when done, just press Save and Close

 

* After Press Save, this confirmation message will prompt out, press Yes, 2nd prompt appear, press OK

 

* After Press Close, this confirmation message will prompt out, Press Yes, then will back to POS Menu

 

  1. Now you have done setup your POS Menu, sync to your TouchPOS/TouchFNB with Dynamod Client Socket at your POS PC, then login POS system and see the result.

 

* you might need to logout and exit POS System, open POS System again to see the Results.
