How to enable access right to perform system update and upgrade : Smart-Acc e-Support

To enable the access right to perform system update and upgrade, please go to Common Module -> System Security -> System User

From this screen, select the user that you want to grant the access and click on edit

The highlighted 3 option needed to tick to enable the access for the user to perform system upgrade, update and also apply hotfix
