INCard Prepaid – Top Up & Prepaid Credit


Scenario: INCard Prepaid to do a payment


  • INCard Prepaid able to Top Up Value & make payment at INCard merchant shop





How to apply INCard prepaid?


  • When fill in INCard application form, tick Prepaid that checkbox




 


How to Setup INCard prepaid at DynaMod?


1. Setup INCard Prepaid payment type

POS Management >> Setup >> POS Payment Type >> Payment Type


  • Payment Type MUST choose INCard Prepaid




  • When save, it will prompt out a screen to do GL mapping for INCard Voucher, just click YES




  • Create GL Mapping for INCard Prepaid

Account code & account type depend on merchant

 



** If missed the GL Payment Mapping screen, also can direct go to


Common Module >> Setup >> Company Default Setting, select POS Payment Account




2. Setup Payment Type Template


POS Management >> Setup >> POS Payment Type >> Payment Type Template


  • Add INCard Prepaid to your payment template




  • After add inside to your template, can try to preview layout display




3. After created payment type, need to setup Stock Code at Stock Maintenance for INCard Top Up

Inventory Module >> Setup >> Stock


  • INCard Top Up for RM100




4. Next also need to setup INCard Prepaid Stock for Top Up INCard credit purpose


POS Management >> Setup >> POS Setting >> INCard Prepaid Stock

 

This Prepaid Stock setup for later to prompt out when member want to top up Prepaid Credit




How to Top Up the prepaid credit at TouchPOS?


1. First, scan / Search INCard Member No.




2. Select INCard Top Up amount

** ONLY available choose 1 top up amount per transaction




3. Once selected the amount, it will straight forward to payment screen to do payment as usual collect payment

 

** After payment, receipt will show the credit opening, top up & balance amount




** INCard App also will show the top up amount at history




How to do a payment by prepaid credit at TouchPOS?

1. When INCard member go to merchant’s shop purchase, just straight forward to do payment by prepaid credit

 

** Same as usual scan INCard Member No. & scan purchase items




2. After that, make payment by INCard Prepaid 




3. Insert pay amount at credit redeem screen




4. Merchant should request INCard member to show INCard Redemption PIN QR code or manually insert the PIN




** If need insert PIN manually and member forget the PIN, they can check at INCard apps
