Method 1 - INCard Point – Instant Redemption Point as Payment Type


Scenario: Point Redemption 100 points = RM 1


  • Every 100 points accumulated converted to be RM 1




How to setup INCard Point Redemption 100 points = RM 1 scenario?



  • When merchant apply INCard, need to fill in the form submit to INCard, then set at INCard server

How to setup this INCard Point Redemption scenario at DynaMod & TouchPOS?


  • No need to do any setting at DynaMod for this scenario
  • Point Redemption Setting will set at INCard server
  • But have to take note at TouchPOS System Setup INCard Integration page

i. Point collection whether want to EXCLUDED Redemption Amount



If tick at the checkbox, the transaction sample will be like below this image




How this instant point redemption operate at TouchPOS?


1. If INCard member want to do point redemption, directly inform merchant’s cashier before they make payment


i. Member same as usual to make payment & show INCard id when purchase item at merchant’s shop




ii. Cashier has to select INCard Point payment method for INCard point redemption




iii. System will prompt another screen to show available redemption amount




iv. Got 2 methods for point redemption

  • Directly insert redemption pin to TouchPOS
  • Scan redemption pin from INCard Apps

 





** TAKE NOTE !!  If forget the redemption PIN, below image is the steps to check





v. After insert / scan the PIN, balance just complete as usual for other payment type, such as CASH




vi. At the end, TouchPOS will printed out 2 receipts





vii. INCard member apps also will show this new transaction collected point & redeemed amount


  • Purchase amount also will calculate points even doing redemption points




Method 2 - INCard Point – Point Redemption for Particular Stock Items


Scenario: Particular stock items selected for Points Redemption


  • Merchant will select particular stock items for INCard member to use their INCard point for redemption



How to setup this scenario for redemption stock at DynaMod?


1. Merchant have to insert these 2 stock items same as usual selling items at stock maintenance

 

Inventory Module >> Setup >> Stock

 

 

 




2. Insert these 2 stock items at points redemption setting

 

Member Module >> Setup >> Member Redemption Stock

 

i. Insert redemption stock item & redemption points for the cash voucher




ii. Insert redemption stock item & redemption points for the shirt


 


How to do this stock redemption scenario at TouchPOS?


1. INCard member directly can redeem the stock at merchant cashier, if they have enough points to redeem


i. After insert INCard No, click Point Redemption button




ii. Select the stock item (A) which required by member, then click Redeem button (B) to CONFIRM


  • Available Point = Current Point Before Redeem
  • Balance Point = Point After Selected Redemption Item




iii. Got 2 methods for point redemption


  • Directly insert redemption pin to TouchPOS
  • Scan redemption pin from INCard Apps
