From Dynamod go to Common Module -> System Utility -> Report Format -> Report Format Transfer
In the Report Format Transfer module,
1. Key in the host, depends on where you are connecting from (May refer to below screenshot)
2. Key in the correct port number
3. Click on retrieve database
4. Select the correct database and then key in the correct ID and Password and click connect.
