INCard Points – How To Accumulate INCard Points

Method 1 - INCard Point – Point Accumulation by Bill Amount


Scenario: Point Accumulation RM 1 = 1 point


  • Every RM1 purchase will collect 1 point for the member



How to setup INCard Point Accumulation RM 1 = 1 point scenario?

 

  • When merchant apply INCard, need to fill in the form submit to INCard, then set at INCard server

How to setup this INCard Point Accumulation scenario at DynaMod?

 

1. No need to do any setting at DynaMod for this scenario

2. Point Accumulation Setting will set at INCard server

3. Merchant have to TAKE NOTE the point collection method for who got registered SST


POS Management >> Setup >> POS Setting >> INCard System Setting



Depend on merchant apply on which point method for member, either included or excluded SST amoun

  • Gross amount excluded SST amount
  • Bill amount included SST amount



How to start accumulate points at TouchPOS?


1. INCard member purchase items at merchant shop, it will direct get the point for every RM 1 to collect 1 point



  • INCard apps also can retrieve this point accumulation record




Method 2 - INCard Point – Point Accumulation by Particular Purchased Stock Item


Scenario: Purchased Particular Stock Items to Get the Point


Merchant can set some of the items, ONLY available to collect the points


  • Example : Shirt ALLOW to collect points, pants NOT ALLOW to collect points



How to start setup this scenario at DynaMod?


1. Need to do setting at INCard System Setting first before start implement INCard


POS Management >> Setup >> POS Setting >> INCard System Setting


  • Tick at Calculate Points in POS checkbox





** TAKE NOTE !!! **


  • DO NOT TICK at checkbox, if the point are calculate based on total bill amount

 

 




2. Member setting there have to change the point collection method

 

Member Module >> Setup >> Member Setting

 

  • Change point collection method to option 4 – Each stock group has individual point – amount proportion rate




3. Create 2 stock groups differentiate the point rate

 

Member Module >> Setup >> Stock Group Member Point

 

Create Stock group for Shirt point amount & rate are 1



Create Stock group for Shirt point amount is 1 & point rate is zero





** TAKE NOTE !!! **


Merchant can set own point amount & point rate




4. Update / Create the stock items for different accumulate point rate at Stock Maintenance

 

Inventory Module >> Setup >> Stock

 

For this scenario, shirt is ALLOW collect points, pants NOT ALLOW collect points.

 

  • Shirt has to set the Group as MEN CLOTH




  • Pants has to set the Group as MEN PANTS


 


How this scenario particular stock accumulate points running at TouchPOS?


1.  If INCard member go to this merchant shop, buy the Cloth will get the member points




2. If INCard member go to this merchant shop, buy the Pants will NOT get the member points




3. If INCard member go to this merchant shop, buy the Shirt & Pants at the same bill

  • Pants will NOT get the member points
  • Shirt will get 30 points





Exclusion Point Setting for INCard Point Accumulation

 

  • Point Exclude Voucher - Valid for INCard Voucher ONLY

 

POS Management >> Setup >> POS Setting >> INCard System Setting




Example : After applied this point excluded voucher condition
