Method 1: Maintain different location per item price in Pos Selling Price
1. At Stock Maintenance browse the item and you may click More -> Pos Selling Price 
2. In Pos Selling Price screen you may highlighted the location and press edit to change the price
Method 2: Maintain different location different items price in Pos Selling Price
1. You may go to Inventory Module -> Transaction -> Stock Price Updater to updater all items Pos Selling Price for location.
2. In Stock Price Updater, you may add record and set the options
- Update Option only checked Update to POS Price
- POS Price Update Location List choose the location
- Key in stock and key in New Pos Selling Price in New Price 1
3. After done and save, you may click More -> Update to Actual Stock Price to confirm update in the location POS Selling Price
