1. Allow program to run script or call to smartupdater if product is in evaluation and less than 100 transaction.

2. Enable 10 seconds timeout for certain INCard related function(eg: DoLogin, CheckBalance, MemberSearch, SearchNewCard, DoSales...)

3. Fixed Close counter not tally due to refund went into Cash Account instead of Boost account. (116148)
