1 Fixed close counter but Shoppe2go Online Order button still enable
2 Fixed Setup Wizard after set the shoppe2go terminal ID will become blank after reopen back Setup Wizard.

3 Setting Wizard - Shoppe2Go Integration Setting, Auto Refresh timer default set as 60 seconds.

4 GST Rate issue handing for Shoppe2Go sales.

5 Added control when Shoppe2Go Cash Sales detail table StockID and other columns are null.

6 Fixed Shoppe2Go Online Order screen save grid setting issue.
