New Enhancement

  • Malaysia GST 2018 (From 6% to 0% enhancement list)
    • Added Wizard (GST Malaysia Changes) on startup to provide steps how-to-do for preparation of this transitional period.
    • Added effective date settings in Setup GST Tax Code.
    • New tax code SR0, TX0 being added and it shall be used start from 1st Jun 2018.
    • All Sales and Purchase report formats, made changes auto detect rate of "GST Payable at 0%" / "GST Payable at 6%" based on current document input. Previously was hard coded at "GST Payable at 6%".
    • Company System Default settings, allow change of default standard-rated tax code to SR0/TX0 (zero rate tax code).
    • Auto detect tax rate for the tax code been input by it's effective date whenever input a document.
    • GST Simulation drill-down enhancement.
    • New Active Tax Code List should see after system update. Please note that you may set it to inactive anytime after transition period. Each of tax code could be set effective date, rate and remapping of government tax code in Setup Tax Code screen.
    • New Tax Code standard rate with 0% added for convenient usage. SR0; TX0; IM0; TX-CG0; IM-CG0
    • Enhancement on Stock Price Updater.
      • Generate stock list added filter of "Tax Code" and Indicator of "Price 1 Is GST Inclusive". This is to ease for who need to exclude the GST portion from selling price.
      • Added rounding mechanism that could be round up/down to nearest cent/dollar.
      • New price calculation method take into consideration of [Price with GST Inclusive Indicator]
      • Scheduler to auto perform update on finalized price list on scheduled date. (Price updater screen must remain open in order the scheduler will auto run the task.)
      • The new price being updated to actual stock will also be updated to its stock matrix if applicable.
  • Enhancement on Print Barcode Label by Document by added selection option from [Stock Price Updater] document type; added update barcode label quantity option.
  • Enhancement on Print Barcode Label where it can now import desired print barcode list with its copy from Excel/CSV/Text File format.
    • The new template added in "C:\SmartAcc\DynaMod\Import Template"

  • Enhancement print/preview speed on [ Print Barcode Label by Document ] and [ Print Barcode Label ] whenever use of its function "Select Into List" then print/preview.


  • Enhancement on Print Barcode Label by allow import barcode list with quantity from Excel / Text File / CSV. Default sample template file added "C:\SmartAcc\DynaMod\Import Template"; Barcode Label.xlsx and Barcode Label.txt

  • Fix Salesman Direct Commission wrongly calculate for Salesman 2 Commission.
  • Fix Balance Sheet Listing Report (Multi Level) that have difference figure of current assets and liabilities when preview with different level.
