How to Transfer Report Format from 1 Company to Another Company
1) Login to Dynamod, go to Common Module, System Utility, Report Format
2) Select Report Format Transfer
3) Steps to connect to Company Dynamod SG
Step 1 Key in the hostname/ ip address of server if you are connect Dynamod from workstation
Step 2 Key in the Dynamod Server Socket port number for the specific company
Step 3 Click Retrieve Database
Step 4 Select the Company B (Will use Dynamod SG in this sample)
Step 5 Key in the login ID for the Company
Step 6 Key in Password for the Company
Step 7 Click Connect to connect to the database
4) Steps to transfer the format from Company Dynamod to Company Dynamod SG
Step 1 Select the specific module
Step 2 Select the report format (Only Customize format will appear to transfer)
Step 3 Select Upload Current (transfer specific format to another company)
5) Steps to transfer from Company Dynamod SG to Company Dynamod
Step 1 Select the specific module
Step 2 Select the report format (Only Customize format will appear to transfer)
Step 3 Select Upload Current (transfer specific format to another company)
** Notes
1) Download/ Upload Current Only upload/ download 1 report format selected
2) Download/ Upload Selected Upload/ Download specific report format (can multiple select by using CTRL+Click)
