1. Added Shoppe2go integration

2. Added payment by GKash MPos

3. Added GHL Maybank and CIMB bank Integration

4. Added TouchNGO integration.

5. Fixed member search will show out non member record, now only will show out if allow credit sales.

6. FIxed create member will prompt error which simply click the record in browse screen then only click add new record.
