1. Added InCard Point Redemption - Now can use the InCard Point for Point Redemption which will post to the Point Redemption screen in Dynamod and SmartSQL

* First need to set the Stock Redemption List in DynaMod or SmartSQL

* 2nd In Incard Point Redemption select the redeem item

* 3rd Click Redeem Now and key in Incard Password to complete the redemption process.
