1. Fixed InCard Registration and Member Registration screen prompt error message if running in 64 bit windows.
Caused : It happen due to the change of the new Smart Card reader dll which only can run in 32 bit and system will auto search for the Smart Card reader when open the Incard and Member registration screen thus cause the error prompt out.
Resolution : In Build 0052, already change the checking when open the Incard and Member registration screen thus will not show out error when run in 64 bit machine.
